This page explains how fee payments and refunds are handled at Pavika - Educational Hub. Please read it together with the school's fee structure.

Fees

Fees are charged as per the fee structure of the school for the class and session. Fees are due on the dates announced by the school. The school may charge a late fee as per its rules.

Refunds

• Registration, admission and other one-time charges are generally not refunded once paid.
• If a fee was charged twice or by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded or adjusted against a future fee after the school checks the payment.
• Any other refund request is considered by the school office on its merits, as per school rules and the applicable law.

Online payments

If you pay online, the amount is received by the school through the payment partner shown at checkout. If money was deducted but the payment shows as failed, it is normally returned to your account by the bank or payment partner within a few working days. Keep your payment reference and contact the school office if it does not arrive.

How to ask for a refund

Contact the school office with the student's name, class, payment date, amount and reference number.
